A bit of history...
Steven H. Barath 1913-2001; Played Professional baseball with the San Francisco Seal alongside the famed Joe Dimaggio in mid-1930′s. Following his baseball career, Steve built, owned and operated 3 different 9-hole courses in the bay area. Sunken Gardens( now owned by the City of Sunnyvale) as well as Valley Gardens are still in operation today.
